Policy on Returns and Exchanges

You may return damaged or defective items, or products that have been incorrectly delivered within seven (7) business days from the date on which you received the product. If you purchased multiple products, the seven-day period begins to run from the date on which you received the product being returned.    

NOTE: Items ordered on a “COD” basis will be cancelled after two (2) unsuccessful delivery attempts.  

Please follow the steps below in order to request a refund:

  1. Pack the item(s) to be returned in its original packaging. 
  2. Fill in the Return Form attached to your Order Confirmation 
  3. Send an email to [email protected] to make a request. Please include in your email all the necessary documentation (photos, screenshots, etc.).
  4. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your request. Once your request is approved, you may arrange for a pick-up of the item(s) to be returned or set an appointment to visit our office/selected satellite locations to return the item(s) in person. Please note that all pick-ups and in-person returns MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL in order to be processed. 
  5. Once the item has been picked up or returned in-person to our authorized representative, kindly let us know via email. 

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must apply:  

  1. Return/refund request must have been escalated to our Customer Service email within 7 days of receiving the item/s. 
  2. Items must be returned together with the original packaging. 
  3. Customer should have received a Return/Refund Approval from our Customer Service Email before sending back the items to be returned/refunded. 
  4. Actual condition of the item returned must match the documentation/photos sent with the Return/Refund Request Form. 

We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), along with all applicable sales tax included. Note that refunds are permitted only in the event that the item is damaged or defective, or in the event that the incorrect product was delivered. No returns and refunds will be honored in the event that you change your mind regarding the product/s ordered. Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise and are subject to approval by our quality assurance team.  

Shipping costs incurred by the buyer for sending back the item will be refunded only after the item has been received AND return request has been approved. 

Refunds will be in the form of a credit to the same card or account used in the original purchase of the item(s). Please refer to the refund policy of the credit card or debit card or account used for your purchase in order to determine when your account will be credited, which is generally within one or two billing cycles from the date of return.  

Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account.  

A written approval from the Azius Ventures Corporation’s Customer Service department is necessary to claim any refunds.  

For COD transactions, refund can be claimed after the request has been approved by our Customer Service via the bank account or e-wallet of their choice. DO NOT SEND ANY BANK DETAILS WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL.
