1. Where are you located?
o We are a local company based in Quezon City, Philippines. While we don’t have a brick-and-mortar store (yet), we do ship out products nationwide through our trusted courier partner.
2. Do you only have products for cats?
o We opened our online store with the intention of catering to all pets and their furr-ents. Our house brand, Purr Delight, is a locally-manufactured cat food that was inspired by our love for our cats, Mochi and Bear. But we are definitely exploring more brands for all kinds of pet owners.
3. Is your cat food safe?
o Purr Delight tuna cat food is not only lovingly manufactured and locally sourced; it is also certified by the Bureau of Animal Industries (BAI) as both nutritious and safe.
4. How long will it take to ship my order?
o We are committed to providing you with a seamless and fast shopping experience. That said, our delivery times may vary from 1-3 days for Metro Manila orders and 5-7 days for provincial orders. But don’t worry, we will provide close to real-time updates on your package. Our courier partners will also coordinate with you directly once your package has been shipped out.
